This form is used to petition the Academic Standards Committee (ASC). The Academic Standards Committee helps to ensure Kalamazoo College upholds the academic policies and procedures of the College as set forth in College catalogs and other college documents.

Additional Information
The Committee meets each week during the regular term on Tuesday afternoons and will review any petitions submitted in full by 4 PM on Mondays. The Committee’s last meeting for the Winter 2024 term was Tuesday, March 12th. It will review any petitions submitted by noon on Tuesday, March 26th at its next meeting on Wednesday, March 27th.

Petitions without advisor approval will be considered however, we HIGHLY recommended speaking with your advisor BEFORE submitting the petition.
