Before submitting any forms, please discuss any requests, changes, or petitions with the appropriate faculty member. Once submitted, the form will be routed to the necessary faculty for completion. Ensure that all information provided is accurate.
You should receive an email confirmation upon submission of your form. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact our office.
A separate email confirmation will be sent once your request has been fully processed.
Use
Students in good academic standing may elect to take at most one letter graded course per term as CR/NC for a total of up to four courses while enrolled at Kalamazoo College.

Your advisor’s signature is required.
Additional Information
This form is due to the Registrar’s Office on or before Friday of eighth week of the quarter during which Credit\No Credit is a course registration option.
Students on Level 1, Level 2, or Final Probation may not elect to take a course CR/NC.
Before submitting the Credit/No Credit Form please read the implications of changing a class to CR/NC and speak with your advisor.
