After the form is submitted it will be sent to the necessary faculty needed to complete the form. Please make sure the information provided is accurate. Please allow up to 5 business days before inquiring about the status of your request. You will receive an email of confirmation from a member of our office once the request has been processed.
This form is used if you would like to register for more then 3.9 units.
Your advisor’s signature is required.
You cannot overload during your SIP term.
Overloads cannot exceed 4.9 units.
- First-Year Students: a minimum cumulative GPA of 4.0 and advisor approval are required. First-Years MAY NOT overload in their first quarter of enrollment.
- Sophomores: a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 and advisor approval are required.
- Juniors: there is no minimum GPA requirement; however, students on academic probation MAY NOT overload. Advisor approval is required.
- Seniors: there is no minimum GPA requirement; however, students on academic probation MAY NOT overload. Students MAY NOT overload in their SIP term. Advisor approval is required.
