Transcripts

Policies, Regulations and Requirements

In accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), the Registrar’s Office releases official and unofficial transcripts only with the written consent of the student.

Note: Students requesting transcripts to be sent to AMCAS should select AMCAS from the Destination Search and you will be prompted for your AAMC ID and AAMC Transcript ID. You will not need to upload any additional paperwork.

Transcript Request Forms

Current Students requesting a transcript will need to wait until after March 26th in order to have their Winter 2025 grades appear.


Unofficial Transcripts for Current Students Form

  • Available to current students only.
  • Free and processed within 1-2 working days of receiving the request.

Official Transcripts for Current Students Form

  • $6 per transcript
  • Can be sent
    • Electronically
    • Via First Class mail or overnight delivery (additional $25 per delivery address; request must be received no later than 11:00 a.m.)
  • Fees will be charged online and can be paid by credit card.
  • Electronic transcripts are available to download for 30 days. If it is not downloaded within the 30 days, the student will have to order and pay for an additional transcript.
