Policies, Regulations and Requirements
In accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), the Registrar’s Office releases official and unofficial transcripts only with the written consent of the student.
Note: Students requesting transcripts to be sent to AMCAS should select AMCAS from the Destination Search and you will be prompted for your AAMC ID and AAMC Transcript ID. You will not need to upload any additional paperwork.
Please note the following transcript availability timelines:
- Spring 2026 grades for graduating seniors will be posted to transcripts on Friday, June 12.
- Final transcripts for seniors—including degree conferral, graduation date, and honors—will be available on Wednesday, June 17.
- Spring 2026 grades for all other students will be reflected on transcripts starting Wednesday, June 17.

Unofficial Transcripts for Current Students Form
- Available to current students only.
- Free and processed within 1-2 working days of receiving the request.
Official Transcripts for Current Students Form
- $6 per transcript
- Can be sent
- Electronically
- Via First Class mail or overnight delivery (additional $25 per delivery address; request must be received no later than 11:00 a.m.)
- Fees will be charged online and can be paid by credit card.
- Electronic transcripts are available to download for 30 days. If it is not downloaded within the 30 days, the student will have to order and pay for an additional transcript.
